Wes was established in 1993 when partners Warren E. Smith of WES
BUILDERS and Michael DeMar of FIDELITY BUILDERS combined their
expertise to build quality homes in Chicago's North and Northwest
suburbs under the name FIDELITY WES.
Mike and Warren have maintained a personal commitment to quality
development and customer satisfaction from the design and planning
stage to post-construction follow-up.
The entire Fidelity Wes team works closely with their customers to
